The life & times of Rachel Laurie.

As the shy girl from Florida who dreamed of being a story-teller, I spent most of younger years with my nose tucked in a book or my eyes peeled to the screen watching the latest show I was immersed in.

I moved across multiple states for college, and that's where I found myself with my seemingly permanent pen marks on my hands from writing so much. I gained confidence I didn't know I had and became focused on what I truly want out of life.

I tried a lot of things: restaurant jobs, stand-up comedy, acting, film production, publishing, and journalism. First and foremost, I am a story-teller. Second, I am a writer. And third, a girl who will still binge watch any show that has a vampire in it.
